Step-by-Step Return or Exchange Process
Step 1: Contact Us Within 15 Days
Please reach out to our friendly plant-loving support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange.
Step 2: Receive Instructions & RMA Number
We will respond within 2 business days with instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please do not send any items back without this RMA number, as we cannot process unauthorized returns.
Step 3: Pack and Ship Your Return
Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, include all tags and accessories, and place the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box. Ship the package to our returns center at the address provided in your instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Step 4: Our Inspection & Your Resolution
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days), we will notify you via email.
- For Refunds: We will process your refund.
- For Exchanges: We will ship out your requested replacement item. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or discuss an alternative.

Refund Timing & Method
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) within 10 business days after we receive and approve the returned item. The time it takes for the refund to appear on your statement depends on your bank or payment provider’s processing times.
Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged
To ensure the health, safety, and integrity of our products, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or faulty:
- Gift Vouchers: For security reasons, these are non-refundable.
- Bath + Body Products & Candles: Due to hygiene and safety regulations, these items cannot be returned once purchased.
- Personalized or Used Items: Any product that has been personalized, used, planted, or removed from its original sealed packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
