Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want every item from Waldecks to bring you joy. If something isn’t quite right, our returns process is designed to be as easy and transparent as your shopping experience.

- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Step-by-Step Return or Exchange Process
- Contact Us Within 15 Days
Email our plant-loving support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange. - Receive Instructions & RMA Number
We’ll respond within 2 business days with instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please do not send items back without this RMA number. - Pack and Ship Your Return
Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging with all tags and accessories. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box. Ship to our returns center using a trackable service. - Our Inspection & Your Resolution
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days), we’ll notify you via email.- For refunds: We’ll process your refund.
- For exchanges: We’ll ship your replacement. If out of stock, we’ll issue a refund or discuss an alternative.
Refund Timing & Method
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) within 10 business days after we receive and approve the return. The time it takes for the refund to appear on your statement depends on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping fees (Standard or Free Shipping) are non-refundable. For exchanges due to our error (wrong or faulty item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged
To ensure the health, safety, and integrity of our products, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or faulty:
- Gift Vouchers – Non-refundable for security reasons.
- Bath + Body Products & Candles – Due to hygiene and safety regulations.
- Personalized or Used Items – Any product that has been personalized, used, planted, or removed from its original sealed packaging.
This policy prioritizes customer well-being and product quality, reflecting the nature of these sensitive categories.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
